We Coaches are not immune to

➡️ Dilemma ?
➡️ Bottlenecks ?
➡️ Plateaus
➡️ Overthinking ?
➡️ And many such overwhelming emotions
And I was caught in these doldrums of emotions last night and early this morning.
You would agree that it takes a lot of courage to ask questions to yourself and it’s equally easy to dodge them, and very few take the courage to actually put down questions and answer it.
But, a Question still remains, am I asking the right question to myself?
????????: ? ????? ???????? ???? ?????? ???? ??? ? ????? ??????.
And that’s where I decided to pull out the box of Meraki Cards created by Jaya Bhateja (MCC-ICF) & Pragati Mehta, because I wanted my conscious energy to pick a right question for me, not my society taught ego.
They say that “??? ???’? ?????? ??? ?????, ??? ???? ??????? ???”.
And the energy that was circling inside me just brought the perfect cards that I needed to appear.
The questions challenged me to think which I would have not if not asked.
The First Question set the tone was:
“???? ?? ??? ??? ?? ?????????? ?? ???????? ?? ?????”
and the last question which nailed it was
“??? ?? ???? ????????? ℝ???? ℕ???”
I just coached myself this morning with 4 powerful questions.
