It is usually applicable in context of creative or artistic tasks however the usage can be beyond creative aspects too. It means to do something with passion, with absolute devotion and with undivided attention. The creators have brought together learnings from multiple disciplines like coaching, systems thinking, picture therapy, intuitive tools, emotional intelligence and NLP to create this tool with meraki.

MERAKI Cards Deck is a tool for generative and reflective conversations. When used by leaders, creative professionals, coaches, facilitators, trainers, HR Professionals, teachers, parents, children (9 years and above) or anyone who believes in the magic of mysticism and logic coming together, the cards can help in discovering beliefs, feelings, attitudes and deep dive into the subconscious mind to create inquiry. One can also use it like a game to generate ideas, resolve conflicts, dilemmas, facilitate conversations and create awareness for individuals, groups or teams. As they say there are no coincidences, Jaya and Pragati's connection is a testimony to that saying. Both of them first met at a workshop as strangers and then life brought them together on multiple occasions for different reasons. The instant connection created a relationship of trust, dedication and later culminated into a tool which is now called as "MERAKI". True to it's name, both the creators leveraged their strengths and labor of love to give it a shape of a transformative tool designed to facilitate reflective and generative conversations. As they started to discuss and deliberate on the tool, they started to discover surprising messages coming through for them. The tool has been tested with several coaches already and their experiences are shared in the last section of the guidebook.
